Post-Construction Refinement: Revealing the Masterpiece

Pristine empty newly-built room after post-construction cleaning

When building or remodeling a luxury residential or commercial property, construction finishes are only half the journey. The dust generated during construction settles on every surface, including within light fixtures, behind drywall cavities, and inside mechanical ducts. To transition a site into a livable masterpiece, a meticulous post-construction cleaning methodology is required.

Phase 1: Rough Clean & Debris Removal

Before fine polishing can begin, the site must be cleared of large debris, drywall scraps, protective plastics, and heavy residues.

Phase 2: Fine Detail Cleansing

This is the most critical phase. Fine drywall dust is highly abrasive and airborne; standard vacuums will recirculate it back into the space. We implement heavy industrial HEPA-filtered air scrubbers and vacuums to capture particulates at the micron level.

  • Vacuum walls, ceilings, baseboards, and window tracks using soft brush attachments.
  • Wipe down cabinet interiors, hinges, and drawer glides to eliminate hidden grit.
  • Polish light fixtures, glass windows (interior and exterior), and mirror borders.
Post-construction cleaning is not a superficial sweep. It is a technical process of restoration that uncovers the craftsmanship beneath the dust.
