1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or browsing this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Our Services

KOBU provides premium residential, commercial, short-term rental turnaround, and post-construction refinement cleaning. We commit to executing services with professional care, industry-standard equipment, and eco-conscious products. While we aim for perfection, services are subject to scheduling availability and local transit conditions.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure a flawless outcomes, the client agrees to:

• Provide secure, timely access to the property at the scheduled date and time.
• Disclose any fragile, damaged, or highly delicate materials (e.g. specialty marble, antiquities, untrimmed wallpaper) prior to the cleaning.
• Provide accurate information in all booking and contact forms.

4. Payments & Billing

Quotes provided are estimates based on initial discussions and property sizes. Final billing will reflect the agreed hourly or flat rates. Payments must be completed within the terms stated on your invoice. Unpaid balances may be subject to interest charges or suspension of recurring services.

5. Cancellation & Changes

We understand plans change. To respect our vetted professionals' schedules, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or major adjustments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

KOBU maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, KOBU is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation of fixtures, or undisclosed delicate materials. Our total liability for any claim arising from our service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service visit.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Provinces of Quebec, Ontario, and British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of these jurisdictions.
